Client benchmark

At one time there was hope to start assigning WUs to the FAH clients based on built in benchmark values, but it has proven not reliable and has been dropped. The FAH client still will calculate this number at startup, but it is largely meaningless. Better method to evaluate system performance is Performance Fraction and some projects already minimum PF requirement in place.
