Core optimization

CPU specific optimizations are helpful as they will increase the computation speed. The F@h Cores have a variety of CPU optimizations available. At the one end is Tinker that does not use CPU specific optimizations, and at the other end is Gromacs with SSE and DGromacs with SSE2. Other optimizations available are 3DNow+ and Altivec.
Misunderstanding how optimizations are used can sometimes lead to points complaints. See also QMD.
