Crossplatform folding

It is not possible to run the same WU with FAH clients from different platforms. Only thing possible is to run the same client with some kind of emulation (ex. win32 client under WINE).
Known working combinations:
- Windows console client under Linux with WINE;
- Linux console client under FreeBSD;
- Linux console client under OpenBSD;
