How do I reconfigure the GUI client?

Reconfigure the GUI client

  1. Right click on the fah icon in the tool tray.
  2. Select Configure...

  3. Select the Connection tab.
  4. Uncheck the box for Use IE Settings
  5. Uncheck the box for Proxy unless you are specifically using one.
  6. Click OK.

Restart the client

  1. Right click on the fah icon in the tool tray.
  2. Select Quit.
  3. Wait 2 minutes for the client to exit and write any data to file.
  4. Restart the client. If you don't have a shortcut to the client on your desktop, use the shortcut in the Startup folder, under Start/Programs/Startup/.

The client will now attempt to upload all completed work units.
