Wondering which client is right for your computer? On a single-processor machine, run the CPU Console client or the GUI client. On a multi-processor computer, e.g. with an AMD X2 or Intel Core 2 Duo CPU, the SMP client is preferred, though multiple instances of the CPU client may be run instead.
